Greta Tintin Ernman was born in Stockholm, Sweden on 3 January 2003. Parents are Svante Thunberg an actor and Malena Ernman who is an opera performer. Thunberg was a student at a private institution in Stockholm between 2010 and the year 2018. Her graduation was a great grade from 9th Grade in the year 2019. Thunberg was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and selective Mutism. Aspergers is a condition where individuals concentrate their attention and energy on just one topic or ideology. Thunberg has chosen the issue of climate change as her primary focus. In 2011, when Thunberg was only 8 an old she was aware of the issue and couldn't understand why people weren't taking it more seriously. In the space of a couple of years, she changed her own habits to become a vegetarian and refused to travel by airplane. She also convinced her parents to do the same and reduce their carbon footprint. Thunberg is convinced that climate change has led to a global crisis. She frequently speaks to politicians and business leaders about their lack of concerted actions and uses visual metaphors. Thunberg's decisive actions began in the month of August. The school was closed and she erected the sign 'School Strike For Climate and calmly sat down outside the Swedish parliament. It was her method of drawing attention of politicians to take action to stop the effects of global warming. Swedish media filmed Thunbergs striking, and the message spread. The #FridaysforFuture protests were attended by thousands of youth across the globe. Climate campaigners around the globe met in the year 2019 to organize the Global Strike for Climate. The event was hugely successful, over 1.6million participants from more than 100 countries participated.

Nia Peeples, who was born Virenia Gawendolyn peeples in the US, is a singer and actress.
