Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on January 30, 1941 within Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated together with family members from Nebraska to Casper located in western part of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the district for soil conservation in Casper in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
